Sweetly Strawberrified

Ello everyone. I got my cd's back from Lush, seems they still holding out on me. Oh well, I'm now testing grounds for mediacorp....will let the public know about that soon enough.

I've got many many new cd's anyway. Some from the US, some i got from my recent ( i just got back yesterday night) trip to Melbourne.
Heres whats new on the playlist.
1. Weekend Sessions

Good downtempo folk/rock/chill ..everything. Very nice mix. Was listening to it in the store, and after 3 songs, bought it. Shopowner was peeved, coz he can't play the stuff he likes, coz people buy it. But isn't that the point?

2.Kruder & Dorfmeister The K&D Sessions

The Kings of chill mixes. Had to have one of their albums, even though i rightly have so many of their mp3's. I do support my artists you knoe :P

3.Kings of Conveniance - Quiet is the New loud

I finally got the 1st album released by this group. Very good listening on a cold day, with a hot cappucino and a good book by a window next to a busy street with lots of sun and im just rambling...but yeah... 4 VoX thumbs!

4.Milano Design Vol.1

A mix of some very cool listening Jazz...
featuring : Peter Cincotti, Julie London, Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington, Peggy Lee, Sarah Vaughan, Renee Olstead, Carmen McRae, Cassandra Wilson, Mystic Diversions....

Who?

5. Chemical Brothers - Push The Button

Old school Beats, new school trips. Wicked Mixing. Dayum.
Yeah the album is good. Buy it.
Go ..shoo....

6. Adam Freeland - FabricLive 16

Yes ... an older fabric album. But i never saw this until i saw the range of fabric albums recently. And the stuff is gooood. It's got one of my fav songs. Check out the flash cartoon here
Evil Nine - Crooked

7. Weekend Players- Pursuit of Happiness

Good feelgood, beaty songs. I have a feeling this was in a previous post, well I got it. Check it if you can. oh fuck it, chemical brothers still rocks. Go Shoo BUY IT.
